Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of Personal Dash: the iPhone app, the web app at personaldash.app, and your account at my.personaldash.app. Personal Dash is run by Keya LLC ("we"). By signing in or using it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Personal Dash organizes your own data and offers general suggestions. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Grades, trends and AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing medication, diet or training because of something you saw here, and call emergency services in an emergency.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Personal Dash. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@keya.dev if you think someone else has used it.
Your data
What you log and the data you connect stay yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Personal Dash for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can delete it at any time.
Connected services
When you connect Oura, Function Health, a calendar, Apple Health, or an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude, you also use that service under its own terms. We aren't responsible for those services or for what they do with the data you choose to share with them.
Fair use
Don't misuse Personal Dash: no attempts to reach other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful. The in-app assistant has daily limits, and we may change them.
Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Personal Dash and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer and limits
Personal Dash is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Personal Dash in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use Personal Dash after that means you accept the new terms.
