Email support@personaldash.app and a person will answer. Say which sign-in you use (Apple, Google or a passkey) and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Personal Dash Plus

Plus is bought in the iPhone app through Apple. To cancel or change it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you paid and Plus isn't on, open the app, go to the Plus screen and tap Restore purchase.

Your data

You can delete or correct any entry in the app. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us from the address you signed in with; we delete it within 30 days. Canceling Plus deletes nothing.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Turn them on or off, or change their times, in the app's Settings.
