Questions

Who can see my data?

You, through your sign-in. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your health data to market anything. The companies that process data for us are listed in the Privacy Policy, and we share data with no one else, except when the law requires it.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. You can delete or correct any entry in the app or through a connected AI assistant. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email support@personaldash.app from the address you signed in with; we delete it within 30 days.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays in your account. We keep your account data until you delete it.

Is this medical advice?

No. Personal Dash organizes your own data and offers general suggestions. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Grades, trends and AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing medication, diet or training because of something you saw here.

What do ChatGPT and Claude see when connected?

If you connect an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude to your account, that app can read the data you share and log entries for you while you use it. Its handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time from Connect AI.
